What to expect when reaching out
Initial consultations help us understand your travel style, interests, and what you hope to experience. We ask questions about previous trips you've enjoyed, your ideal trip pace, and any specific interests or requirements.
From there, we typically present two or three itinerary options that match your preferences and budget. These aren't rigid packages but starting points we refine together until they feel exactly right.
The entire process, from first contact to departure, usually takes between two and four weeks, though we can work faster when needed.
